Property Max is a real estate investment firm that started in the Pacific Northwest and is rapidly growing throughout the nation. The founders had extensive real estate experience and joined forces to create Property Max in 2017. There is a massive opportunity for growth at Property Max, where the potential to grow with the company is increasing every year due to our large expansion plans.

Meet Some of Our Rising Stars

Will Chapman - Director of Dispositions

Will started at Property Max in 2016, where he began his career as a Lead Manager with no prior real estate experience. He has since then been promoted to the Director of Dispositions, where he is leading Property Max’s entire dispositions team.

Mason Fellows - Director of Inside Sales

Mason began at Property Max as a Lead Manager in 2017, where he had some prior sales experience. After working his way up the ladder to Senior Lead Manager, Mason was promoted to the Director of Inside Sales. He currently oversees the Inside Sales team.

Dane Simonsen - Acquistion Specialist

Dane began his career at Property Max in 2018, where he started in a Lead Manager role, but had no prior real estate experience. After being promoted to Senior Lead Manager, he continued to grow and was shortly after promoted to an Acquisition Specialist (Outside Sales Representative).

Josh Harvey - Acquisition Specialist

Josh was previously a Real Estate Appraiser, but made a career change and joined Property Max in 2019. He has since been promoted to Acquisition Specialist and is absolutely thriving in the role. Josh is definitely on the right path for climbing the ranks.

Mason Sattler - Senior Lead Manager

Mason came on board in 2019; he has since then been promoted to Senior Lead Manager. Mason is performing well in his current role even without prior industry knowledge, and is in a position to move up in the company very quickly.
